Pin Change

 

  • PIN code is changed only on ATMs
  • The new PIN code must consist of 4 digits
  • There are no restrictions on the number of operations to change the PIN code
  • In the ATM menu, the customer selects the Services
  • In the submenu Services the customer selects the PIN Change
  • In the window that appears, the customer enters new PIN
  • In the next window the customer confirms (by re-entering) the dialled PIN code
  • If the customer incorrectly enters the PIN code on repeat, the following error appears on the screen: Sorry, you made a mistake when typing PIN
  • In this case, the customer can select Re-enter and twice dial a new PIN
  • Service fee is 2 c.u.

Note

It is not recommended to enter recurring (5555) or consecutive (1234) digits, since such combinations are easy to pick up, as well as to protect several bank cards with the same PIN code 

SMS Notification

The SMS Notification service allows its holder to receive information about all transactions on the bank card, namely, notification of payment, an attempt to conduct a transaction with a shortage of funds, expiration of the card validity period and other similar cases.

SMS Notification service is connected as follows

  • After inserting a bank card into the ATM, select the Services section in the main menu, then the option SMS NOTIFICATIONS
  • After selecting SMS NOTIFICATIONS, the mobile phone number is entered twice
  • After the confirmation operation, a SMS message is sent to the mobile phone informing about the connection to the service

The monthly cost of the service is 1.20 AZN

3D secure

3D Secure is a technology by which you can avoid fraud and secure your online payments.

It is possible to connect to the service by registering a card on the website of the processing centre, having previously printed the check of Connecting Internet Banking and 3D in the section Services via ATM.

At the shopping time in online stores, sites that support 3D Secure technology asks for a password that was set earlier at registration or one of one-time passwords. Online stores participating in the program is known by the presence of the logo of the Visa payment system.

The 3D Secure service is provided free of charge.

Cash by code

  • "Cash by Code" service allows owners of the plastic cards of NIKOIL | Bank to send money at any time of the day to persons who do not own bank cards. The implementation of this service is possible through the network of the ATMs NIKOIL | Bank and AzeriCard, as well as services of MobilBank and Internet-Banking

To use the CashByCode service through an ATM you need

  • Insert a bank card into the ATM, select the option CashByCode in the main menu
  • Then select the currency, enter the amount and mobile number of the recipient of the funds
  • The system forms a code consisting of two parts, one part is sent by the system in the form of a SMS to the recipient of money, the second part is printed out in the form of a check and remains with the sender
  • The sender conveys own part to the recipient of the money in any convenient and safe way
  • The recipient dials both parts of the code on the ATM and receives money without using a plastic card

If you receive money using ATMs of NIKOIL | Bank a commission is charged from the sender - 1.5% (2.50 AZN / 3.50 USD / 3.50 EUR), if the money are received through ATMs of other banks - 2.0% (2.50 AZN/ 3.50 USD/ 3.50 EUR).

Mobile banking

Mobile banking is a system, which allows to manage accounts without leaving home.

  • To check the balance of the account
  • To generate reports on transactions on the plastic card account for the last 10, 30 and 90 days
  • To pay for public utilities
  • To pay for the use of mobile telephony
  • Payment of telephone bills and Internet services
  • Locking the lost/stolen card
  • Transfer of money from the card to the card (Card-To-Card)
  • To send money to people who do not own bank cards (Cash by Code)

In order to use the "Mobile banking" service there is no need to purchase a special SIM card. Users of any mobile operators can connect to this service.

Connection to the MobilBank service is carried out as follows

  • After inserting a bank card into the ATM, select the Services section in the main menu, then the Register MobilBank option
  • Wait until the receipt is printed out, showing the serial number and special codes
  • Log in from your mobile phone and download a special program from the Play-Store or Apple.com/itunes
  • Enter the serial number and special codes from the check and activate the program
  • Create a PIN for the program (entered 2 times) and the program is ready for use

MobilBank and Internet Banking services are provided for a period of 12 months and the cost of maintenance of each of them is 10 AZN.

Internet Banking

Internet Banking is a service, which allows to manage accounts without leaving their homes.

  • Wait until the receipt is printed out, showing the serial number and special codes
  • Go to www.hbservice.com, select Create a New User and enter your bank card number

MobilBank and Internet Banking services are provided for a period of 12 months and the cost of maintenance of each of them is 10 AZN.

Card to card

Card-to-Card service provides an opportunity for plastic card holders to make instant money transfers between two card accounts through the network of ATMs of NIKOIL | Bank and AzeriCard, as well as services of MobilBank and Internet-Banking.
To use Card-to-Card service through the ATM you need to:

  • Insert a bank card into the ATM, select the option Card-to-Card in the main menu
  • Then select the currency of the transfer, dial twice the 16-digit card number of the transferee and enter the transfer amount

Note

  • Transfer fee is charged from the sender of the transfer is 0.2% (min 0.8 AZN)
  • Commission for the transfer of credit funds from Grace Period cards is 1.5% (min 2 AZN)
